Sautéed Broccolini with Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes
A beautiful, vibrant side dish like this can grace any holiday table, and it is especially suited for Thanksgiving and Christmas hearty dinners. Broccolini is a relative of broccoli but with longer stalks and smaller, softer florets. It has a nice sweet flavor and tastes best when quickly blanched and then sautéed with aromatics like garlic cloves and pepper. It is crunchy, savory and tasty and will nicely complement your holiday main course. To brighten up the dish, finish it off with a generous squeeze of lemon juice, serve and enjoy!
