Spicy Guacamole

One of the simplest dishes anyone can make is guacamole. Earthy and healthy yet absolutely mouthwatering- you would never think this fruit can make such a scrumptious dip (Yes! avocado is a fruit). With a few more vegetables and a touch of cumin, you can easily make this!   The key to making delicious and flavorful guacamole is to dice up all the ingredients finely; tomatoes, purple onion, jalapeño, cilantro. It is also very important to use lime juice in your guacamole to prevent the avocado from browning. The Secret ingredient to spicy guacamole? Minced garlic - it truly adds flavor and taste to the dip, and I like to add a touch of cumin spice as well, but only a little bit. This is a great starter dish for when you have company over.
